Sharpsburg Council 12862




The aims of our council are to remain steadfast in their faith through mutual encouragement and to promote closer ties to fraternity among Catholic Men and their families.


Sharpsburg Council 12862 was chartered on February 12, 2001 with 44 members. Over the years, our membership has grown in excess of 118 active Knights of Columbus. The organizer and Charter Grand Knight was George Cabral.


Some of the thing we do for the Parish and Community.



  • Annual Charity Golf Tournament

  • Host a BBQ Dinner Fundraiser

  • Official Cooks for the Parish Picnic and other Parish Activities

  • We support 2 Seminarians with monthly monetary stipend and spiritual support

  • We give monetary support to Coweta County Crisis Pregnancy Center

  • Distribute Holiday Cards and Rosaries at the Atlanta Airport to Service Men and Women, who are being deployed to overseas assignment

  • Fellowship Sunday (Monthly)

  • Baptism Crosses for the newly Baptized

  • Mother and Father's Day Gifts
