Announces New Officers

Sharpsburg Knights of Columbus Council 12862 in May elected its new officers for the year 2010-2011.


The officers are: Grand Knight - Edward O’Connor, Deputy Grand Knight - Joseph Aquino, Chancellor - Joseph Nault and Recorder - John Michalewicz.


Other officers named Are: Financial Secretary - Thomas Hanford, Treasurer - James Vaughn, Advocate - Dino Cervone,  Warden - Walter Kowalski, Spiritual Advisor - Rev. Mr. David Sandlin, Inside Guard - Philip Brodowski, Outside Guard - Thomas Crine.


The Board of Trustees include: Trustee For One Year - Mark Breyne, Trustee For Two Years - Llyod Forshee, Trustee For Three Years - George Cabral.


Grand Knight Edward O’Connor has been a member of the Knights of Columbus for 3 years, serving in the position of Deputy Grand Knight.


Grand Knight O’Connor is employed by Delta Airlines in Atlanta. He resides in Sharpsburg with his wife Fran and children William, Ryan and Morgan.
